** All fees can be paid over the phone with VISA or MC credit card, in person with Debit or Cash, or by dropping off or mailing in a money order or certified cheque.**
Registration Fees:
Each course registration requires a NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee. This fee is due within 10 business days of registration to secure the requested seat. Although this fee is non-refundable, PVC allows the fee to be transferred to another training date with no penalty providing the date change is within 1 calendar year and with at least 4 weeks notice prior to the original course start date. Less than 4 weeks notice of a date change, will result in the forfeit of the registration fee.
Tuition Fees:
Tuition fees are due 3 weeks prior to any course start date. Apprentices are notified of the balance due by email 4 weeks prior to their course start date. Failure to pay the balance due or communicate with the college by the deadline will result in the loss of the training seat. PVC does not want an apprentice to miss an opportunity to attend classes due to financial strain. Please contact to the college to discuss payment plan options.
Digital Delivery Fees:
This fee plays an essential role in supporting the technological infrastructure needed to offer high quality, flexible training. The fee is calculated based on the number of weeks each training program runs, ensuring fairness by scaling the fee accordingly. Digital Delivery fees are due at the time of tuition fees.
Books Fees:
The only books a student will need to purchase are the codes and manuals necessary for their trade that PVC does not produce. All code books and manuals will be available to purchase from the college if they don’t already have one. Here is a list of the books that will need to be acquired for each level. If the level is not listed, you do not need to purchase an additional book for that class as all curriculum at PVC is included the the apprentices’ tuitions.
